Reading this post summarized what I have been feeling lately when I read something that was clearly written by an LLM:

For me, writing is the most direct window into how someone thinks, perceives, and groks the world. Once you outsource that to an LLM, I'm not sure what we're even doing here. Why should I bother to read something someone else couldn't be bothered to write?

There is a rush at my job, to increase efficiency by using and integrating AI tools into several processes. One guy came up with a workflow to break sprint tasks, generate epics and create documentation for PMs to review. Nothing wrong with that but what really bothered me was he shared his workflow with others by posting something that smelled like an LLM.

You must have already came across LLM text on the internet, after all it’s 2026 and it’s been a few years since the popularization of ChatGPT. And this thing here make me feel that I wasted my time reading a text:

Not X. Not Y. Just Z.

Now it is cheaper than ever to generate something: you just give a sentence to the LLM and it will generate several hundred words. This a huge burden on the readers. More often than not the LLMs are not concise, your reader will need to plow through several filler words that are not necessary to understand a given point. I still believe the human brain is capable of presenting better arguments and a more pleasantly text to the reader. My english is not perfect, and I began this blog in the hopes that at least my writing would be more authentic than a LLM generated one.

I know not everyone is versed and confortable writing a compelling CTA to induce your audience to start using a tool. But please use your own words. Take your time. Otherwise you will take other people’s time.
